1. Eligibility - you must sign up on the “summer challenge” page and must be 13+ years of age at the time of entry. The “Giveaway” is open to residents of Canada, The United States, Australia, The United Kingdom, and New Zealand and void where prohibited by law. Past challenge winners are not eligible to enter. 
   
   

2. Agreement to the Rules - by participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules. And, you represent and warrant that you meet all the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Vervial Group Consulting International, Inc., as final and binding as it related to the content. This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
   
   

3. Challenge period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about May 31st at 12:01 AM and ending on June 13th at midnight. All online entries must be received by June 13 at 11:59 PM. All times are GMT - 8:00 Pacific Time (US & Canada).
   
   

4. How to enter: - The challenge must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfill all challenge requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Vervial Group Consulting International, Inc. dba BettesMakes.com. You may enter only once and you must complete the information as requested. You may not use more than one email address to enter the giveaway. Any attempt to circumnavigate the rules will result in an automatic disqualification.
   
   

5. Prizes - There will be one prize package awarded to one winner. There is no retail value for the prize being awarded. The prize package includes:  one Cricut Cutie and is non-transferrable. No substitution or assignment of the prize to others or a request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Vervial Group Consulting International, Inc. (dba BettesMakes.com) to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   
   

6. Odds: - the odds of being selected for the challenge are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.
   
   

7. Winner Selection and Notification: - Winners of the giveaway will be selected at random under the supervision of the sponsor of the giveaway. Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided in the entry of the giveaway within 5 business days following the winner selection.
   Vervial Group Consulting International, Inc. (dba BettesMakes.com) shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winners’ spam, junk email, or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non usable contact information. If the winner selected cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the giveaway may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by the winner of the gift offered in the challenge is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND WA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in MI having jurisdiction.
