The Treat That Keeps on Giving
Popsicle stick crafts have gone far beyond just gluing a few of them together to make a shape or add a cape and paint on a face. You can make bracelets by soaking them in water an bending them around a shape. As a matter of fact, what you can do with popsicle sticks is only limited by your imagination with a little creativity thrown in.
My mom always had us save our popsicle sticks so that we could do crafts at home. Those were the days when you could not buy them in bulk unless you were making popsicles to sell. Not so today. Now you can buy them in all sorts of shapes and sizes and you can even choose the type of wood!
